Help Desk Hours
- Mon-Thurs: 7 AM to Midnight
- Friday: 7 AM to 6 PM
- Saturday: 12 PM to 6 PM
- Sunday: 12 PM to Midnight
Who We Are
The OIT Help Desk is CMU's main provider of technology support to the on and off-campus students, faculty, and staff University wide, 7 days a week.
What We Do
Whenever you have a computer/telecommunications related problem, you can ask the Information Technology Help Desk.
Our expert staff consists of trained Information Technology personnel as well as competent student technicians. If we cannot answer your question, we will route you to the appropriate department or person.
The range of Help Desk support extends from software packages (such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft Security Essentials) installed on your personal computer to network resources (such as Central Link and wireless networking). We support both Windows and Mac computers.
